The developer of Prairie Creek Crossing, an Albertan inspired by Albertans, has created a legacy of 1,000+ residential and commercial properties throughout the province, since 1991.

In 2018, the master plan for Prairie Creek Crossing was conceived and a promise was made to the first home buyers—a single-level home designed for the 55+ active adults, living in a community of peers that reduced the responsibility of building maintenance, lawn-maintenance, and snow-shoveling.

A like-minded vision for the soon-to-be retirees, and empty-nesters motivated the developer to create Prairie Creek Crossing—a community with autonomy that frees up home-owners to age in place, enjoy hobbies, nature, travel, vacation property, friends, and family.
